Yes. Write the article in Mydrop with a title and a Markdown body, then publish it now or schedule it. It lands on your site as a formatted WordPress post, with its featured image, categories, tags and author.
Yes. WordPress.com and Jetpack sites connect with a WordPress.com sign-in. Self-hosted sites on WordPress 5.6 or later connect with an Application Password, over HTTPS, as long as no security plugin blocks the REST API.
The WordPress tab of the composer has a format bar for headings, bold, italic, lists, quotes and links. It writes Markdown, and Mydrop turns it into clean HTML when it publishes. Plain links become clickable.
Yes. The first image becomes the featured image unless you turn that off, and the other images and videos go into the article. Categories and tags that don't exist yet are created on the site.
Yes. Pick any author of the site for each post. Posting as someone else needs the connected account to be an Editor or an Administrator of that site.
Yes. Each post can be published, saved as a draft, set to pending review for an editor, or published privately.
Yes. Edit the title and the text of a live post from Mydrop, and its images are kept. Deleting moves the post to your site's trash, from Mydrop, from WordPress, or both.
