For many brands, yes. As of 2 November 2026, Sendible Plus is $99/mo for 3 workspaces, Premium $199 for 7, Elite $299 for 15 and Enterprise $750 for 50, monthly billing (yearly saves 15%). Ten brands therefore need Elite at $299 and 25 brands need Enterprise at $750. Mydrop Pro covers 25 brands for $59/mo. For one or two brands Sendible Core at $35/mo is cheaper than Mydrop Pro; Mydrop's free plan gives 20 posts a month.
It depends on the bottleneck. If the pain is the workspace tiers, a flat plan like Mydrop's removes the jumps. If it is client sign-off, Mydrop's approval links work without a client login. If you only need cheap scheduling for a few brands, Sendible Core or Buffer can be enough. Compare the number of brands you manage against each tool's price at that size.
No. Sendible includes unlimited users on every plan, and that is a real strength. What it limits is workspaces and social profiles per tier: 1 and 6 on Core, 3 and 18 on Plus, 7 and 42 on Premium, 15 and 90 on Elite, 50 and 300 on Enterprise.
