For Company Pages, yes: comments and reactions arrive in the social inbox in near-real time, and you can reply as the Page, edit or delete replies, and react, with auto-reply rules on top. The inbox covers Company Pages only, and LinkedIn direct messages aren't supported.

For Company Pages, roughly the last four months of posts import automatically, captions, media, dates, and post types, and re-syncs skip duplicates. Personal profiles aren't supported for history import.
