Mydrop Pro covers 10 brands with approvals, analytics, portals and AI for $59/mo total. For a single brand, the two are the same $59, and Planable's annual price ($49) is lower.
If pure sign-off is the whole job, maybe you shouldn't; their collaboration UX is genuinely the category reference. Teams leave when the add-ons stack up (analytics, inbox), when clients balk at creating accounts to approve, or when they need white label, which Planable's help center says is no longer offered as of September 2026.
No. Clients approve or suggest edits from a tokenized link with the real post preview, or straight from WhatsApp if their number is validated. Planable's shareable public links allow viewing and commenting, but approval actions require a Planable login as of September 2026.
Plans carry monthly publishing quotas (100 on Starter, 500 on Pro, unlimited on Enterprise) per workspace, not per client brand. Planable counts created posts per workspace: 60 on Basic, 150 on Pro, with a $49/mo add-on to reach 500, and each network version of a post counts separately, as of September 2026.
