Yes. Mydrop sends clients a tokenized review link: they see the real post preview and approve or suggest edits with no login and no seat. Clients with a validated WhatsApp number can approve from chat. As of September 2026, Hootsuite's approvers must be members of your organization, and its external-approvals feature documents decisions made outside the tool, on Enterprise only.
AI writing (captions, ideas, rewrites, the agent) is included on every Mydrop plan with no credit packs. AI image and video generation do have monthly allowances by plan, 10 to 300 images and 5 to 100 videos, and we say so plainly. Hootsuite lists 100 Wisdom AI credits per month on every self-serve tier as of September 2026.
