Yes, and without limits. Every Mydrop plan sends clients tokenized review links (or WhatsApp approvals) with no login. Sprout's external-approver workflow, as of September 2026, requires the Advanced plan and allows at most three external approvers.
No credits for writing: captions, ideas, rewrites and the agent are included on every plan. AI image and video generation have monthly allowances (10 to 300 images, 5 to 100 videos by plan), stated plainly. Sprout includes 100 Trellis credits per seat per month and sells overage at $28 per user per month as of September 2026.
Sprout's premium Listening and Advocacy add-ons and its enterprise reporting polish are real advantages for large in-house teams. Mydrop covers competitor tracking, keyword and hashtag monitoring, and branded automated reports, but if deep listening is the job, Sprout earns its price.
